Mains
6oz West Country sirloin steak, garlic mashed potato,
New Forest wild mushrooms, roasted baby onions, wilted kale and a red wine jus
Pan-fried fillet of black bream, roasted fennel, red onion and cherry vine tomatoes
with a clam, tarragon and tomato sauce
Beetroot and ricotta ravioli, toasted pine nuts, beetroot purée,
sage butter and a rocket and Parmesan salad
