Whether you’re a foodie or your loved one is, your tastebuds will delight at what we’ve planned for you at Branksome Beach this Valentine’s day. Our chefs have designed a menu with romance in mind and we’re open in the evening just so you can experience a perfect dinner for two, by the sea.

Starters

Celeriac and apple soup
with Dorset Blue Vinny

Pan-seared scallops with beetroot purée,
cheese curds and herb oil

Pulled ham hock with quail egg, straw fries
and Piccalilli mayo

Mains

Braised blade of beef with buttered mashed potatoes and tender stem broccoli
New Forest wild mushroom and Dijon cream sauce

Pan-fried fillets of sea bass with roasted cauliflower and wholegrain mustard risotto,
Parmesan crisp and white truffle oil

Warm salad of roasted root vegetables, toasted walnuts and rosary goat’s cheese
with a walnut and cider dressing

Dessert

Sharing Platter for Two:
